Nikhil is a Director with FSG, a mission-driven social impact strategy consulting firm, where he partners with clients to build more inclusive, collaborative, and equitable markets and systems that uplift the voices of and improve outcomes for marginalized communities.
He has advised multinational corporations, governments, international NGOs, foundations, and social enterprises on emerging markets and social impact strategies, with an explicit focus on equity, systems change, and market-based approaches. Nikhil’s work spans a range of issues including health, agricultural development, financial inclusion, economic development, education, humanitarian aid and disaster relief, and impact investing across Asia, Africa, the Americas, and Europe.
Prior to FSG, Nikhil helped build and launch Deloitte Consulting’s Social Impact Practice, worked on shared value projects with Technoserve’s Strategic Initiatives group, and helped Medtronic develop a penetration strategy for a social business addressing unmet clinical needs for underserved populations in emerging and frontier markets.
Nikhil has a Bachelors and Masters in engineering from Princeton University and the Georgia Institute of Technology, respectively, and holds an MBA from the Yale University School of Management. He has experience living in the United States, Kenya, and India.
