We are looking for a remote Community Driven Systems Change Specialist for a fixed term contract (3 days per week, 9 months duration) ending in December 2026. Deadline: 6 March 2026.
ITPC is building out its Community-Driven Systems Change (CDSC) capability to strengthen how community priorities and intelligence shape global health policy, financing and accountability. This is not a delivery unit and not a traditional program management role. It is a strategic function designed to:
- Translate regional intelligence into coherent global positioning
- Elevate ITPC’s influence across financing, policy and advocacy spaces
- Build systems change architecture that strengthens our existing portfolios
- Coordinate and strengthen ITPC’s Global Activist Network (GAN), including our regional networks
The CDSC Specialist will operate at the intersection of strategy and advocacy, ensuring that community voice is not parallel to ITPC’s work, but structurally embedded within it to drive health systems change.
We are looking for a leader with strong political intelligence and systems fluency, someone who understands how power, policy and financing intersect, and who can navigate coalitions with maturity and discipline. You should be comfortable designing architecture, enabling others to lead, and stepping into enterprise-level global advocacy and leadership when required.
