This publication, Analysis of ARV Procurement in the Russian Federation in 2021, aims to contribute to the efforts undertaken in the fight against the HIV epidemic in Russia. The authors recommend five next steps: increased budget, reduced prices, harmonised clinical guidelines, controlled ARV dispensing and optimised procurement.
