In April 2021, The Global Fund to Fight AIDS, TB and Malaria (The Global Fund) launched the second phase of the COVID-19 Response Mechanism (C19RM).

Community-led monitoring (CLM) is one of the interventions that is eligible for C19RM funding, thanks to growing recognition of CLM’s ability to quickly identify the impact of COVID-19 on people affected by HIV, TB and malaria, and to push forward actionable solutions.
