With a background in human resources and operational efficiency, Candice Oberholzer joined ITPC as the HR and Operations Coordinator, focusing on HR and process improvement in public health and social justice. She is dedicated to supporting and enhancing ITPC initiatives by optimizing resources and systems to support the various departments and programs. She brings valuable experience in recruitment, team development and performance management, strategic HR planning, and operations coordination to drive ITPC’s mission and objectives. Candice graduated with an Honours degree in Industrial/Organizational psychology at Stellenbosch University, and she is currently perusing her Master’s Degree in the field. She is well-versed in research methodology and outcomes, and she dedicates part of her time towards projects housed in the ITPC Innovation Lab.
