Background

ITPC Global is a mission-driven international organization working to advance health and social justice through robust, community-driven approaches. Founded in 2003 by global HIV activists, ITPC has grown into a respected global actor combining advocacy, community intelligence, policy engagement, and systems accountability to influence decision-making and improve outcomes for communities most affected by inequality.

As the global funding landscape shifts, ITPC is intentionally strengthening its organizational positioning to ensure long-term sustainability, relevance and influence. This includes aligning its funding architecture with its role as a global thought leader and systems actor, through diversified and flexible resources that sustain core capabilities and strategic agility over time.

To support this transition, ITPC seeks a Strategic Business Development and Institutional Partnerships Consultant to help position the organization for strategic partnerships and institutional support by translating its impact, expertise and systems-level value into compelling propositions for private sector, philanthropic and strategic funders.

  • Supporting senior leadership in high-level partner engagement and positioning conversations
  • Ensuring coherence among institutional positioning, messaging and external outreach

The consultancy is expected to operate at a strategic and advisory level. Detailed scope, sequencing and outputs will be refined with the Executive Director during the inception phase and shared with shortlisted candidates.
