Jarasa is a Senior Manager with the Monitor Institute – a part of Deloitte’s social impact practice – where she partners with mission-driven organizations and their leaders on issues of strategy and social innovation. She brings over fifteen years of experience as a strategist and implementer to her clients in the nonprofit sector. Prior to joining Monitor Institute, Jarasa was a consultant with Monitor Group, a well-known international strategy consulting firm. She advised corporate clients on a range of strategy and implementation issues (from marketing and growth strategy to organizational design and leadership development). Jarasa spent her childhood years in Los Angeles and Bangkok, where she learned English, Thai, and Spanish. She now lives in Boston with her husband and two children. Jarasa graduated magna cum laude from Harvard University with an AB in English and pre-medical studies, and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.
